Before committing yourself to any of the beauty treatments and services that we offer at Delilah May Beauty, please read and fully understand the following terms and conditions:

Your Health and our duty of care to you

In order ot ensure you are safe and well after receiving any of our treatments, please inform us of any allergies or health conditions you may have, including pregnancy. This information will assist us in providing you with suitable and safe treatments.

Please note some treatments will require a patch test 48 hours before the treatment e.g. eye brow tints and lamination . If you suffer from any kind of adverse reaction after applying the patch test then we will not be able to provide the requested treatment.

Mobile Beauty Therapy service

As part of the service Delilah May Beauty provides we will ensure that all equipment/sundries are appropriate for each treatment. We request that you the client ensure there is ample space for us to work in. We will provide all equipment and towels to ensure cleanliness is maintained.

All tools are cleaned and disinfected after each treatment and sterilised by UV light daily.

Payments and Deposits

All payments are excepted by payment throiugh Fresha.com, bank transer and cash (British Pound Sterling), at this moment in time Delilah May Beauty does not accept card payments. 

All bookings are subject to either a 50% deposit or full prepayment. Deposits are non-refundable but should you need to change your booking, your deposit can be transferred to your new booking.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. In the event that less than 48 hours notice is given, the full cost of the booked treatment will be required before further bookings can be made.

In the event a treatment is cancelled at the time of appointment or you are unavialable upon our arrival full cost of the booked treatment is still payable.

Complaints Policy

In the event that you are not happy with your service, please speak to the technician at the appiontment or contact Delilah May Beauty in writing via email lisa.smith@delilahmaybeauty.co.uk or via WhatsApp on 07312 089702 as soon as possible following your treatment.

Any adverse reactions to treatments as a result of the omission of any allergies or health conditions are not the responsibility of Delilah May Beauty.
